Welcome to a very special birthday episode! Erika just turned 33 and is celebrating the start of an amazing new year. And while she's so excited for the future, she's also reflecting on the lessons she's learned over the past year or so. The main lesson: letting go of control.
Letting go of control is where the magic happens, and it will only make sense once you've actually done it. It is terrifying to take the leap and have faith but it is possible and the rewards are worth it. Listen to this week's episode to find out why Erika had to learn to trust herself and how her spiritual practices have strengthened her sense of faith.

It's time to offend the haters, Ch*ngonas! Obviously, we're not giving you permission to be a jerk, but we are giving you permission to spread your wings and stop trying to please the people who want to keep you down. And to help you on this courageous journey to confidence we're talking to this week's guest, Rachel Luna.
Rachel Luna, author of Permission to Offend, is a highly sought-after international speaker and certified Master Neuroscience Coach to 6 and 7-figure-earning entrepreneurs. Named by Forbes as one of The 11 Most Inspiring Female Entrepreneurs To Follow On Instagram, this former US Marine has a reputation for inspiring confident action and helping her clients double, triple, and quadruple their income. Her clients often referred to her as their "secret weapon."
In this week's episode, Rachel explains how society keeps us from being brave. Toxic cancel culture has infiltrated our communities and our friend groups. I've heard too many women say that they are afraid to achieve great things because they don't want to offend the people in their community. Offend them! This is your life, not theirs, and it's time to stop caring about what other people think and take charge of your courageous life.

I am so glad we are getting rid of hustle culture! Now don't get me wrong, I was the type of person who wanted to hustle and climb the corporate ladder and be that version of success. But the more I tried, the more I knew that hustle culture is not sustainable at all.
Hustle culture is steeped in a lack mindset. The anxiety around hustling makes you believe that there's not enough to go around. It forces you to believe that if you're not working yourself to the bone every day, you won't get anything done. But that's just not true. What you're craving is not hustle - it's discipline.
In this week's episode, Erika Cruz will be explaining the difference between hustle culture and maintaining discipline. Discipline is a much more sustainable way of thinking and keeps you focused even when you're not motivated. Everyone in the Magnetic Mastermind group will be working on discipline, and now you will too.

If you grew up living in a scarcity mindset, this episode is for you. Growing up, my family's financial situation had some pretty decent highs and the lowest of lows. Those lows were terrifying and the lack mentality that came from that time followed us everywhere we went. Even when I was making six figures at my tech job, I always felt like there was not enough to go around.
It wasn't until I bet it all on my business and started having faith in myself that I started to rewrite my thoughts and start tapping into abundance.
Tapping into abundance is a journey. That's why in this episode, I'm going to tell you about my abundance journey and give you 3 tips to tap into abundance yourself.

Nobody who listens to this podcast needs to chase anything. We are magnetic - the things that we desire out of life come to us. So how do we become more magnetic and stop chasing after what doesn't serve us?
I spent a ton of my time chasing after what I thought I had to do, even though it wasn't necessarily what I wanted to do. So while my life looked great on paper, I wasn't aligned with my life's purpose. When I finally stopped chasing someone else's dream and started planning my own, I attracted everything I ever wanted and more.
This week on the Ch*ngona Revolution podcast, I'll be telling you the story of how I became magnetic and stopped chasing after someone else's dreams.
