Chris Bale is back for our second round on Heart of Man—and this conversation together truly did not disappoint.

For those of you who may not have listened to our first conversation or are new to Chris, he is an internationally recognized Energy Worker, Qi Gong Teacher, and Intimacy Mentor. Over the past decade, Chris has supported profound transformations in the lives of thousands of men and women from around the world.

In his early years, Chris pursued extensive training across a variety of healing modalities, including Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, medical qigong, reiki, and sexual alchemy. Alongside this, he has spent many years immersed in his own internal work, dismantling personal conditioning and gaining a deep experiential understanding of human energetics. And this foundation shapes the powerful work he offers today .

In this episode, Chris and I dive deeply into the nuances of man-woman relating, intimacy and sex, where he shares profound insights on creating deeper harmony and connection. We also had an interesting exploration around a man’s relationship with shame and how he can reclaim his sense of boldness in the world—whether in owning his voice, pursuing his direction, being willing to experiment, learning from these experiences or stepping into the leadership he is called to embody.
