There are a lot of things we can't control right now and many fears have been triggered. But our response and attitude are things we have total control over.

We can control how we react, how we feel, and what we put our energy into.

We are all facing different struggles as the world shuts down around us, and the important thing is we continue to support one another and make sure we are making good choices for our selves, our sobriety, and our families.

I'm right there with you.

Let's focus on solutions and how to react to these crazy circumstances without getting carried away and hoarding more toilet paper. Remember how blessed we are in so many ways, remember that we will be okay, and let's make the best of the toilet paper apocalypse.
