Coach Evely has been coaching professionally for the past 30 years. He has gained expertise in high performance and youth development training systems and methodologies. Coach Evely has worked at every segment of the developmental
 continuum from young children to elite athletics. He has lectured and consulted globally, assessed professional and grassroots coaching for federations and developed athlete development models for various national federations. Currently his focus is on developing e-learning opportunities for coaches, teachers, sport trainers and parents. He has been a member of numerous Canadian and British national teams including the Olympic Games, IAAF World Championships, Commonwealth Games, Pan American Games and European Championships. Through his coaching career, Coach Evely has been named to 4 World Championship Teams, 2 Olympic
 Teams, the European Championships, European Team Championships, European under-23 championships, and many others.
