In this week's episode, Jerry is joined by  Dr. Sarah Haran,DPT Dr. Kate Blankshain, DPT. Sarah is the owner of Arrow Physical Therapy Seattle, an out-of-network practice in Seattle, WA. Kate owns Rally Physical Therapy, a hybrid model clinic with two locations in Chicago, IL. After finding success in their own practices, Sarah and Kate teamed up to help other physical therapists break away from the corporate, high-volume physical therapy model and begin small, independent cash-based or hybrid practices. Since 2019, over 150 physical therapists have now taken Sarah and Kate’s Start Your PT Practice 101 course, with over 50 going on to open their own clinics within a year of taking the course. Kate and Sarah offer private business coaching, run a mentorship and networking group of private practice owners, and teach various online courses for physical therapists looking to start or grow a practice.
