Today we spoke with Dr. Alison Adams about chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and how mercury toxicity can play a role in these health conditions that literally millions of people are facing each and every day.

Dr. Alison Adams is the author of Chronic Fatigue, ME, and Fibromyalgia: The Natural Recovery Plan which has been changing Kate’s life lately. She’s really been finding tons of answers to her health questions from reading this book!

When people are tired and depresses or have frequent headaches they don’t consider that mercury poisoning can be happening in their body and causing a whole host of health challenges.

Mercury isn’t easy to eliminate from the body but it sure is easy to accumulate.

Where do we get mercury you might ask?

Well we get mercury from fumes, gas, exhaust from cars, trains and planes. We also get mercury in our food and we also get mercury from the air where coal fire plants are. We get mercury from amalgam fillings that are put in people’s teeth when they get cavities.

We get mercury from our homes. Mercury is everywhere and yet it’s so difficult to get rid of. That’s why I do everything I can to detoxify my body.

We’re living in a toxic world that pollutes and damages the earth but also our bodies. It seems as though it’s getting worse and worse as the years go by. More and more toxic poison chemicals are being introduced to our lives so it’s imperative to live a clean, healthy and organic life style.

So before you run out and begin getting your mercury fillings out of your body or doing a colon cleans, I highly recommend spending some time getting healthy and working on your prime organs of detoxification. It will do you no good to get rid of mercury from your brain if your liver is not functioning properly and can’t properly excreted it.

So you have to take a systematic logical approach to how you’re supporting your body through the detox process.
