They have to understand, that for people like us, who are introverts, highly sensitive, traumatized or neurodivergent other people are the trigger.
Other people are the source of the wound and the overstimulation and overwhelm we experience.
And isolation is a way to help us to re-regulate.
For better understanding, in today’s video, I have put together 10 reasons, why we isolate and need time alone.
