I thought I was great at boundaries. I'm actually really fucking great at HYPER boundaries. Not using my voice, not using my voice, not using my voice, getting really triggered, aggravated, resentful, frustrated and then all of a sudden… HYPER BOUNDARY! No one is gonna cross this fucking line!

Fam, I’ve been doing work to underpin my nervous system so that my DESIRES and boundaries feel really SAFE in my body and that I live from a place of THRIVING and not from a space of survival.

It's become so obvious in my life where I go so fast from my go-getter, highly driven woman identity, that I make rush decisions that feel like they're in alignment with me in the moment, but upon reflection, I've realized that it wasn't me fully CHOOSING MYSELF.
