There is something to be said for being a women. We are a mother, daughter, partner, friend, caregiver, career woman, homemaker, mentor, leader, and nurturer.. it's a LONG list of what we are doing never mind the weight of worrying, the exhaustion of carrying that happens to so many women. 

A lot of it feels great, and then one day we wake up and we're so exhausted, burnt out, not happy.. we're a mess. Then you know something needs to change. 

So today, we’re going to talk about that emotional weight why we carry it, how it’s affecting us, and what we can start doing to finally put some of it down.
