Some times there isn't available SPACE in the body to bring in new emotions, before you clear the old ones out. That is why sometimes no matter how hard you try you have to change your mood, be grateful, think new thoughts, you have to accept moving through the uncomfortable emotions as a part of life and the road to more joy and freedom.
This heaviness is often feelings of loneliness, depression, or melancholy.
