Some times there isn't available SPACE in the body to bring in new emotions, before you clear the old ones out. That is why sometimes no matter how hard you try you have to change your mood, be grateful, think new thoughts, you have to accept moving through the uncomfortable emotions as a part of life and the road to more joy and freedom.
This heaviness is often feelings of loneliness, depression, or melancholy.
Know that EMOTIONAL EMBODIMENT is your key to freedom.
Today I give you a deep inside look into my own personal life, experience of depression and hopelessness and how changing my relationship to alcohol informed how I show up for my life and process my emotions.
You will learn:
Emotions have information.
When your ego is trying to take over.
How to feel on purpose.
Why alcohol can be a great problem to have.
How to feel hard emotions without taking it personal.
