Jeremie Lotemo is a poet, writer, and coach who utilizes his insights on relational dynamics to help men live from their deepest core. Through his writing, his podcast, 1:1 coaching and building community, Jeremie supports others in the integration of their deepest shadows. We sat down with Jeremie to discuss:

1.  The invisible initiation society puts young boys through, where they are socialized to sever their authenticity in an attempt to maintain a sense of acceptance and connection to other men. 

2.  How women can support the men in their lives by seeing them in the highest vision of who they are, and exchanging the desire to mother them for a practice of allowing compassion and boundaries to exist at the same time.   

3.   How understanding our partner’s attachment style and wounding can expand our own capacity to lean into moments of discomfort and grow our ability to stand in the fire of our relationships in order to allow something to be purified.

4.  Why it’s so important to understand how the mother wound shows up in men, and the ways that it’s impacting so many men’s ability to find fulfillment in their relationships, as well as within themselves.
