The numbers speak for themselves with 8 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship medals, 12 Leinster titles, 5 NFL titles and 2 All-Star awards in his is a remarkable playing career but his life off the pitch is just as impressive. An entrepreneur and social activist, he owns and operates a number of businesses, including three gyms and is a co-owner of ready-meal company NutriQuick.
