There is nothing more necessary than taking care of yourself to show up and go the extra mile for your people, to hear what they have to say, and to be aware of when they really need support. Filling yourself up first is the work that allows you to create space to care for your clients, and I hope my story today inspires you to live with more intentionality around looking after your own mind and energy.
