In today’s episode, I discuss preparing for the fall in private practice. I love September as a mom and getting back into ‘back to school’ routines for both my practice and home. I like to embrace the change and chaos and use it as a time to reset. This can be a great time to reset at home so new routines and schedules don’t feel as chaotic.

• How to plan to hit end-of-year goals, auditing different areas of your life
