There's one thing we can all agree on: if your partner has an affair, that's a dealbreaker. Relationship f*cking over.

Not so fast, loves. I don't think it's quite that black and white…I think there are plenty of shades of gray hiding in there. And if you're wondering how tf a relationship could ever come back from infidelity, don't worry…you're about to find out.

I am so thrilled to have one of my star students (not to mention a badass self-love and relationship coach in her own right) Ashlee Tegen on the podcast!

Ashlee has been married for thirteen years, has two beautiful kids, and has what looks like the perfect relationship from the outside…but that relationship wasn't just handed to her. She had to work her ass off to get it...in fact, she had to work her ass off to REBUILD it after infidelity burned her marriage to the ground.

But here's the great thing about something getting burned down: sometimes, it rises from the ashes twice as strong as it was before.

That didn't happen on its own. It took some serious communication, taking responsibility, and healing her relationship to herself and her own body to rebuild her marriage + her health…but I'll let her tell you how it happened.
