We broke up.

My partner Drew and I have decided to split up.

It’s sad. And right. And so, so hard. 

I’m grieving. I’m excited. I’m struggling. I’m hopeful. There is such duality in breakups, no matter how healthy or unhealthy the relationship might have been…and navigating them in a regulated, healthy way is a fucking BEAST.
