Katie is a licensed marriage and family therapist, EMDR practitioner, certified mindfulness meditation practitioner, has a Master’s degree in counseling, and is an advocate for psychedelic therapeutic treatment. Katie covers how trauma can get stuck in the body, shares a breakdown and sample of EMDR exercises, and explains how effective it can be to use EMDR to compliment TBM Neural Manifestation work. Lacy also shares her personal experience of using the two to heal!
