Your “Shadow” is pretty hard to wrap your mind around. But it’s in there – you have one. And it’s contributing to your sense of reality right now. It’s that part of you that thinks you’re not good enough, not cool enough, not smart enough. It’s the part of you that creates a narrative around why people don’t like you, why someone might be mad at you, why you might never have the things you want in life. We’ve got good news, though. Your shadow can be healed and integrated so that it’s no longer running your show. And a big part of that is simply educating yourself on this idea of “shadow work.” That’s what this episode is for. And no matter if you heard this episode when we originally aired it or it’s your first time listening, the more you learn about your shadow, the less it power it has over you.
