There is no doubt that amongst chefs and foodies Neven Maguire is one of the most beloved and respected figures in the business. He began cooking at the age of twelve in the kitchen of his family restaurant, MacNean's in Blacklion, County Cavan and has since turned it into one of the most siught after dining experiences in the country.
