Krista Berlincourt is the CEO & Co-Founder of Kenshō Health, a company focused on bettering the lives of people by making wellness experts accessible. She is an internationally accredited coach and author who explores the wide world of shame, grief, joy, and all of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual things that make us human.

We sat down with Krista to hear about her journey to becoming a CEO & co-founder, and how the realization that your life has been out of alignment can often offer the key to finding the work that you feel most inspired to do.
