A Conscious relationship, what is one?

 

What does it feel like to be in one?

And does it mean that you will have a happier, easy and smooth running relationship if it is more conscious?

 

These are the questions that I am asked about conscious relationships (and all are answered in the episode).

 

So I thought I would ask the person I have been cultivating a conscious relationship with, my wonderful partner Asa Baav.

 

Asa Baav is a matchmaker, coach, educator. She is on a mission to help busy professionals create deeply satisfying romantic relationships, inside and outside the bedroom.
