Enneagram Type 1s are the integrity champions of the Enneagram. They have high standards and make us all strive to be better.

But that rigidity can be a bit off-putting for some of the other Enneagram types.

So, when they can lighten up and move toward the free spirit within, that's when their true gifts can really come to life.
