We grow up in a world that dictates to us what we should want, how we should look, what we should buy, who we should date and what we should do for a living. But so many of us follow these rules and end up miserable and confused as to why we aren't happy.

 

The reason for this is because we are not engaging in what our hearts and soul really want. And not because we don't want to, but because we don't even know how to tune into what our heart truly wants and tune out of what the world thinks we should do.
