We have a wonderful conversation for you today with our friend Sarah Jenks, who is a life coach, emotional eating expert and sacred space holder. She’s also the proprietress of Hawthorn Farm, a 23-acre farm and retreat center in Medfield, Massachusetts. Sarah is the founder of Whole Woman, an online membership program for women seeking the answers to the questions, “Who am I?” and “Why am I here?” She also started Live More Weight Less, the most popular online emotional eating program that helped almost 100,000 people since 2009.

In this episode Sarah shares how she manifested her dream house (a story which we play a part in), how her business has evolved over the past few years and the challenging times when she was the breadwinner in her family, while having two small children. Sarah has reclaimed motherhood on her own terms and is helping others do the same, and her story is an inspiring one.
