If I’m being honest with you, I’m not sure when we started recording this episode that it would go down this path or that I would be that open and vulnerable.

Kim asks the question in the middle: “Do you want me to Coach you right now?” It sparks up a great conversation and she gives some incredible advice.

This is a really deep conversation about some of the things I’ve been dealing with and how I’ve been managing it.  We are complicated human beings, and while we can intellectually understand what is happening and what we are doing, and what we are SUPPOSED to do, it doesn’t mean we do what we should or what is best for us.

Sometimes the most uncomfortable conversations can help people the most and I hope this episode helps someone out there.  We all struggle. But we don’t need to do it alone or in silence.
