Today I reflect on what it was like to get sober, it isn’t easy but it is possible. 

We must buy into the fact that we must change! 

Change can be easy if we set our mind to it. 

Are you willing to walk through the uncomfortable feelings? It is all up to you. 

This disease is cunning, baffling and powerful.
