Newly sober and stress is starting to creep back in…you can’t go to your old stress reliever, a glass of wine…so what do you do???

Today I will talk about my new found loves and what are my coping mechanisms.

It is possible to stay sober and handle stress. I will admit that change is hard but not as hard as carrying water up a mountain to feed your family. You can do this by changing your mindset.
