Hey everyone, welcome back to Conversations with Bizzy! Today, I’m reflecting on something near and dear to my heart — Valentine’s Day. Having celebrated 56 of them, I’ve seen this holiday through so many different lenses: from the childhood excitement of exchanging little cards at school, to the pressures and complexities of adult relationships.

Valentine’s Day can bring up a lot of emotions — joy, love, sometimes even loneliness or frustration. But one thing I’ve learned over the years is that love shows up in many forms, not just in romantic relationships.

I also share a bit of history about how Valentine’s Day evolved from ancient rituals to the holiday we know today, complete with chocolates, roses, and sometimes, a little stress! But whether you're partnered, single, or somewhere in between, this day can be a beautiful reminder to celebrate all kinds of love — love for family, friends, and most importantly, yourself.
