Robin's journey is a story of resilience, one that many of us can relate to. For many years, she struggled with food addiction, insulin resistance and hormonal dis-regulation. Ultimately leading her to discover incredible potential of low/zero-carb eating and the ketogenic diet.
This turning point ignited a passion within her, driving her to adopt a holistic approach to health. Robin wholeheartedly embraced a whole foods, low/zero-carb lifestyle and incorporated intermittent fasting. The resulting transformation not only reshaped her body but also her outlook on life, motivating her to make a career change and eventually establish Q1 Productions.
For Robin, “Hack Your Health” is more than an event; it is her life’s work. Since its inception in 2017, this event has evolved into the premier gathering for keto and carnivore enthusiasts, health practitioners, bloggers, entrepreneurs, biohackers, athletes and anyone eager to unlock the secrets to vibrant well-being.
"Hack Your Health" is equal parts education and celebration offering a wellspring of knowledge and a welcoming haven for health seekers at every stage of their journey. Over the course of the 3-day event, attendees can immerse themselves in the wisdom of 60+ expert speakers, engage in specialty panels, partake in interactive experiences, attend book signings, savor cooking demos and explore an expo hall brimming with cutting-edge products and services.
