Heather King is the founder of Holistic Health Momma, a faith-driven wellness brand dedicated to helping others pursue vibrant health in body, mind, and spirit. With over 25 years of experience on the business side of traditional “sick care,” Heather brings a unique perspective to holistic health—one that identifies the limitations of conventional systems and emphasizes the healing power of Christ-centered, natural living.

Her work is rooted in biblical principles and focuses on practical, faith-based approaches to wellness, including detox protocols for parasites, yeast overgrowth, and heavy metal toxicity. Heather empowers women and families to take charge of their health through education, encouragement, and simple, effective tools that align with God’s design for the body.

She also leads Still Waters Christian Women’s Retreats in sunny Key Largo, FL, sacred gatherings where women experience rest, renewal, and a deeper connection with God and one another.  Through her ministry and message, Heather champions the truth that true wellness begins by honoring the body as a temple and walking closely with Christ.
