Ok, we got that out of the way...
I thought I should record a solo podcast as I've re-emerged on Social Media and I'm talking a lot about what I've been doing lately both physically, mentally, and how I'm taking care of myself.  
I've been getting a lot of requests from people in my DM's asking specific questions about my process, supplements, Fasting, walking, and just how I've done a bit of a transformation these past 6 months.
I touch on a lot of topics in this episode, from Big Food to Big Phar%a, to the value in understanding why and how they operate and how that can impact your way of life and activities.
WALKING. FASTING. AUTOPHAGY. GLYCOGEN. EXERCISE.
I hit on it all! Some is traditional, much of it is outside the traditional box.  I've always found playing outside the societal lines leads to the most profound changes.
