We all have human brains so our brain will consistently produce unmanaged thoughts that will trigger emotions that cause us to take certain actions. Unmanaged thoughts are part if not entirely the human experience, but that is okay it doesn’t mean that all your hard work isn't’ working- you will find yourself switching between unmanaged models and managed intentional models, asking yourself is this a thought that is helpful, is this thought serving me, it will allow you to be aware of your emotions and be touch with the actions that you take with certain emotions arise the more time we spend getting to know ourselves without judgement but with acceptance it allows us to feel and think any thought without fear of being suck in those feelings and thoughts and we will see our brain start creating alternate thoughts that create the feelings and actions we want the more we live the results that we want to live.
