Speaking truth in a time of political correctness and cancel culture can be intimidating but I think it's more important than ever.  I challenged our business team to get in the best shape of their life.  What does that mean?

It's certainly not just physical because mental and emotional shape is entwined together, so Kim and I discuss that and what it means.

We also discuss "the how" and what that actually looks like? What does that mean to you? What does success in these categories and areas of your life mean for you, your family, and your future? What would being in the best physical shape of your life feel like?

What inspires you to do that? What will keep you on track? What's the bigger picture for you, not rooted in ego but in a healthy and fruitful life where happiness and joy are the outcome.

Is strength important to you? Is chasing your grandkids around when you are in your 60's important to you?  Do you want to travel in retirement with an active and agile body so you can enjoy all aspects of the trip and your life?

Physical health. Financial health. Mental health.  Relationship health. All are related. All are rooted in abundance and leading a thriving life style focused on growth and positivity.
