Elena has taught yoga since 1999 and her first book, Art of Attention, has been ranked #1 in design on Amazon and it’s been translated into 6 languages. Her second book, Practice You: A Journal is a bestseller on Sounds True that is now being incorporated in teacher training criteria worldwide for all ages. Elena has contributed to Yoga Journal, Yoga International, Huffington Post and many other top publications.
