So.... who is Elise Joan?  First of all, you have to know, she is incredibly kind and humble.  Beautiful yes, but a great human who really wants to impact those around her and those she gets to touch through her fitness and yoga classes.

She is the creator of the best-selling programs Fire & Flow and Barre Blend and is a one of the world's best Yoga/Pilates and Barre instructors.

An innovative and inspiring mind/body professional, Elise Joan is the creator of several best selling DVDs. She holds multiple fitness certifications, and has been a wellness expert and Host with Lifetime Television, ABC News, E!, EXTRA, CBS News, and Amazon.com among others.

Elise's unique fitness style & inspiring yoga flows are highly influenced by her early years as a soloist with a Ballet Company in Virginia, and her previous career as an actor; both onstage in New York City, and on camera in Los Angeles.

We've worked with Elise for many years with the BODi company and her views on wellness, women's health, and her inspirational voice echo's throughout this interview with Kim.  They talk women's health, aging gracefully, hormones, and Elise really tackles common issues among women these days with an incredible scientific knowledge.
