Cutting ties with a narcissistic partner, parent or friend is difficult enough, but then you have to think of those shared connections—their family members, mutual friends, and even those who may act as "flying monkeys" to gather information or sway your decisions.
"No contact" with a narcissist includes distancing yourself from their family and friends as well.
In this episode, i unpack why it’s essential to set boundaries not only with the narcissist but also with anyone in their circle who might enable their behaviour. I discuss the layers of manipulation that can exist within family networks, why some family members continue to defend or excuse the narcissist, and how they can become unwitting (or sometimes willing) participants in the narcissist's attempts to keep control of your mind.
This episode provides crucial insights for anyone struggling with the decision to go no contact. Learn how to protect your peace, rebuild your life on your own terms, and take steps to heal without interference from those who may still be loyal to the narcissist.
