At first, it might be easy to run your biz all by yourself, but you need to know when to delegate tasks, or you will end up hitting the ceiling. More responsibilities call for more attention, and, although it's a "good" problem, it still needs to be addressed. At this point you might feel that it's time to hire a coach and make investments because, at the end of the day, investment is accountability.
