Those words are Fear, Doubt, Uncertainty, Trust, Expectations.   What I found out early in my business about these 5 words. The more trust you have the fewer of the 5 words you have. Drop-offs and cancel rates are caused by these 5 words. If the patient does not set the expectation you must set it for them.
