In this episode:
Constantly striving to be more self-aware
Feeling all the feels without dismissing them
Figuring out what you actually need for personal growth
Looking at your joy as a gift
Hey girl, I am SO excited that you are here because I think this topic is going to be so powerful if you are in a season of your life where you are struggling at all or even if you just know someone who is.
Or maybe, you just want to get proactive about putting more tools in your toolbox for when life does throw you a curveball that you can feel more equipped to navigate it.
I shared a couple episodes back about how I had just lost a friend of mine, Brittany, to cancer after Thanksgiving & wanted to spread her mission of living life on purpose.
What I didn’t share, was some of the different emotions I experienced after such a tough loss & today I wanted to break down a few tangible tips that helped me continue to find & experience JOY during a really crappy time.
I hope this is helpful for you & I hope you will pass it along to anyone else you think might benefit from it!
Can’t wait to hear what you think girl!
Quotes:
“I knew that I had to allow myself to feel all of the feels and not dismiss any of them as right or wrong, including the positive feelings.”
“Being more self aware of what I need to feel like a full complete happy person what extremely helpful & it’s something that you can do proactively.”
“Personal growth and navigating your own mindset like thinking about your thoughts & how you want to approach life.. Is everything, perspective is everything.”
“Becoming more self aware is the biggest gift that we can give ourselves & the world.”
