In today's episode, I break down how to find opportunities in moments of crisis and share two stories.

I share a story about how Johnson & Johnson experienced a crisis in their business that led to nationwide panic and how they took swift action to rectify the situation, and how by doing so, they regained trust among consumers and the public and strengthened their brand and reputation.

A friend of mine told me that she had a health crisis occur that changed everything. She told me that after discovering this health challenge, she realized that she really has #nodaysoff from working towards better health. Through this health crisis came the opportunity to have a deeper appreciation for the time and a newfound gratitude for just being alive. She was more grateful for and purposeful around spending time with her loved ones.

While no one wants to go through a crisis, know that with crisis, and over time, comes a tremendous amount of opportunity for us to become better and stronger.
