Anthony is a leadership coach, speaker, and author whose work maps a progression from suffering to love through four distinct stages. In this first conversation, we dig into the first two: acceptance and forgiveness. Anthony explains that the opposite of acceptance isn't denial so much as "experiential avoidance," a way of staying stuck by refusing to fully inhabit our own reality.
