For the BLUE Cozmic Galaxy Wraps

1) Make the Everything But The Bagel wrap from the Hand Salads ebook (In the bundle!)

2) Add 2 tsp of Terrasoul Blue Spirulina - get it here - https://amzn.to/3TtD5iv

3) Spread the wrap batter across two 14x14 silicone dehydrator trays https://amzn.to/40ySlvN or three 10x12 ones https://amzn.to/3JOPpVy

4) Sprinkle with whatever you like (Lisssa is using a random mix of black and white sesame seeds, dried onion flakes, poppy seeds, red pepper flakes and dried chives)

5) Put the trays the dehydrator for about 10-16 hours (depending on immediate humidity, trays being used, etc)

6) When ready to fill and wrap, get your fillings - we are using a cashew cream cheese (recipe also in the Hand Salads ebook in the bundle), purple cabbage, mixed greens, massaged kale, green cabbage, Brussel's sprouts, ribboned carrots, red and yellow bell peppers, radishes, red onion and more purple cabbage.
