Paulaska Ramirez is the daughter of Dominican immigrants; she was born and raised in Passaic, New Jersey. She is a

proud first-generation Latina with 12+ years of experience in higher education, working with students of diverse backgrounds from low-income households.

Ramirez is also the Founder and Executive Director of Generation Fearless—an organization that aims to empower, uplift, and help first-generation women navigate all stages of their lives. This episode is in honor of the first, the trailblazer, and the fearless!
