Do you find yourself  looking for the reasons why you “suck”? 

Are you looking for the bad news, assuming you are ALWAYS going to be dealt a curveball? 

Are you always looking at the space between where you are and where you want to go and labeling it overwhelming or impossible?

Are you ALWAYS thinking someone else is JUST BETTER THAN YOU?!  

& REAL TALK—If you keep THINKING THESE THOUGHTS repeating this pattern— what will happen?
