Building a great clinic culture starts by hiring the right people into your team. To do this, you’ll need to set up the right systems and assets that can attract the right kind of talent to your clinic.
Now the question is, what assets and processes do we need to put in place to make sure we hire the right people?
In this episode, we’ll be talking about our upcoming Recruitment Immersion, the topics that will be covered during the event, and how it can help clinic owners with their recruitment process.

For almost four years, we have been working on helping clinic owners achieve their clinic’s fullest potential in serving clients and creating an impact on their community.
We have shared with you some of the most amazing stories on how clinics have grown from a small room/office to becoming multi-site clinics; some stories of how clinic owners have overcome and adapted through COVID, and how clinic owners were able to grow their teams and create a thriving culture in their clinic.
We’ve also shared some of our tried and tested principles on how to grow your clinic, personal development tips, leadership and mentoring tips, creating clinic assets and systems, and more.
Now, we’re going to be pouring out all our knowledge, experience, and stories into our up-and-coming book, which is coming out by the end of 2021.

As business owners, we go through different kinds of stresses and challenges. Some of them we have fully planned and prepared for, but some totally catch us off guard, like this COVID pandemic.
With our role being at the center of high stress and high-pressure situations, it is important to have built our resilience so that we can get back on track after every setback and resume healthy relationships with our team and family.
And who better to talk about resilience with than with, Dr. Dan Pronk, Medical Director at TacMed Australia and former Special Operations doctor.
In this episode, Dan talks about how to build resilience within yourself and how to inspire your team to progress with resilience in mind. He also shares his experience as a former Special Operations doctor for four tours in Afghanistan and how he’s built up the kind of resilience that can withstand the frontlines of war.

It’s not rare for clinic owners to fall into the trap of micromanaging their own business: after all, you want everything to work well for your clinic and clients.
But the best leaders are not micromanagers, but rather good delegators and directors. It’s about creating synergy and practicing effective communication, much like the role of a conductor in an orchestra.
And so in this episode, we talk about the leadership lessons we can learn from Chief Conductors in an orchestra, and how stepping into the conductor role can help you grow your clinic.
