Today's episode is exceptionally insightful for countless reasons. First, as you listen to today's volunteer, Alaina, you'll notice that, as she mentioned, she has many intense emotions. Feelings of anger, frustration, and overwhelm. And any time someone has a lot of emotions showing up, it's harder to understand what's really going on in their subconscious mind. It can be nearly impossible to see the root cause, and that's exactly what's going on with today's volunteer Alaina.

But what you'll notice is that she's a very strong woman. So in working with her, Brandy pushes her hard to create the shifts, and as she does, you'll notice her laughing and shifting her pain and having greater self-awareness and insights as she's making these shifts. And it will also lead to awareness as to why these problems are manifesting in her life - not only the problem with the physical pain, but also physical challenges and hardships that are manifesting in her life.

When it comes to struggles in relationships, sometimes you can get caught up in feelings of frustration, upset, or anger. Unfortunately, these patterns can show up in your life (and even your health) in really bad ways. These relationship patterns and relationship wounding can be painful both in our hearts and our happiness.

Many times, relationship patterns have multiple elements that make them feel more complicated. They can be some of the trickiest patterns and can often feel disempowering. If you've ever been stuck, you know that something needs to shift and really change before you can move through it. But what happens when you can't see your way out?
