My desire is that you will emerge from today's conversation understanding that each of us behaves in relationship in one of three distinct ways, anxiously attached, avoidant attached or securely attached. So what does that mean?

Today's guests explain the difference in attachment styles, the interplay that occurs when you and your partner have different styles and how that plays out in love and conflict.
