Lauren recaps an aqua zumba class she recently attended where all the participants were plus size. Heaven is a place on earth and it's in a pool with fellow fat babes?? Then, Emily shares how bored she is with her current workout routine and she even muses about joining Lauren for one of her plus size group fitness classes. The event group is called “Power Plus Wellness” and before each class they make sure to say “All shapes and sizes are welcome here but we are plus size focussed.” Should Emily join in or should it be a protected fat space? Why can’t there be more body positive fitness spaces plus size focussed or not?
