This week's episode of the IGNITE Your Dream Podcast is coming hot on the heels of a mini-launch I did just this past week. I'm sharing the metrics from engagement and conversions thus far, but more importantly, I share the insights these data points can tell us both about the clients that do convert and the ones that do not.
If you've been in content creation for some time now, one thing is for sure: people are WATCHING. This week's episode is all about learning more about the mindset (and potential roadbloacks) of your potential clients and where your power lies in helping them achieve their transformation.
I can't wait for you to listen!

Welcome back to the IGNITE Your Dream Podcast! Today's episode is all about the life lesson that was handed to me on a silver platter a few weeks ago when I found myself with bronchitis and lost my voice completely.
In this episode, I invite you to look at your own energy and the ways in which you could be spending (and recharging) it in a way that's more fully aligned to your own design. Our energy IS a renewable resource, but when we're not in tune with our own expenditure of it, it's easy to find our tanks on 'E' with no re-fill in sight.

Today's guest on the IGNITE Your Dream Podcast is a pioneer when it comes to trauma resolution and releasing + rewriting our stories.
Jon Connelly first founded the Institute for Survivors of Sexual Violence, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization engaged in research and development of cutting edge treatment for survivors of trauma. His early career experiences as a child protective service worker and clinical supervisor in a program for traumatized teens helped shape the creation of Rapid Resolution Therapy. Jon is the author of Life Changing Conversations with Rapid Resolution Therapy, a book demonstrating that a single conversation can dramatically improve one's life. He also developed innovative training programs designed to teach Rapid Resolution Therapy to people looking to relieve suffering. Doctors, dentists, mental health professionals, teachers, coaches, nutritionists, lawyers, care-givers, nurses, business owners and others have become Rapid Resolution Therapy members with the intention to learn and apply the fundamentals of Rapid Resolution Therapy to themselves and their field. Jon Connelly is licensed as a clinical social worker and holds a doctorate in Clinical Pastoral Counseling.
Jon is a force to be reckoned with and it was an honor to have this conversation with him.

On this episode of the IGNITE Your Dream Podcast we have the miracle worker and physical healer extraordinaire, Missy Bunch. Missy is a multi-certified movement therapist who has been educating and coaching for over 13 years.
As a young professional dancer, she battled many injuries over her career and one day she found someone who studied neurology (the study of the brain and nervous system). After one session with this person, her 4-year knee pain was completely gone. She knew she wanted to teach this approach to the world.
The importance of brain function and using the nervous system to rapidly "debug" movement patterns, decrease pain and increase performance, has led her to teach and create lightning-fast improvements with people from all walks of life.
In this episode we dive into the personal work I've done with Missy and the incredible results I've already experienced, along with going in depth on the 'how' and the 'why' behind the life-changing work she does.
I can't wait for you to listen!

Have you ever been sold a limiting belief about yourself that you bought hook, line and sinker? Or perceived yourself to be "less than" or "not enough" in some way shape or form when it came to achieving the life of your dreams?
In this week's episode of the IGNITE Your Dream Podcast, I share a mindset shift that literally shattered a limiting belief I've held since my early twenties to pieces.
New levels and new ways of being are always available to us. The question is- will your current belief system allow you to step into them? My hope is to open up a whole new world of possibilities for you by simply shifting your perspective on how you see what you identify as your weaknesses.
Are you ready? I can't wait for you to listen!
