How do we create a life that is a true expression of who we are?
Today, my soul-sister Sarah Jenks joins the show for an incredibly powerful conversation. Before Sarah had kids, she devoted years of her life to being at peace with her body. The freedom and joy she experienced birthed her international program, Live More Weigh Less, where thousands of women have found freedom from emotional eating and fallen in love with their bodies. Live more weigh less was celebrated in publications such as Forbes, Success Magazine, Health Magazine, Parenting Magazine and Martha Stewart Living.
After Sarah had her first child, she felt like all of the freedom, magic, and sparkle of her life and soul were sucked out of her. Being a mother was so all-consuming, and she realized she was falling into the trap that so many women get stuck in. The trap of putting everybody's happiness before our own.
Sarah spent many years in a tireless search for her soul through working with shamans, coaches, spiritual teachers and traveling to many sacred sites. This helped Sarah land in a life that feels like a true expression of who she is. Sarah rarely does things that she doesn't want to do + she feels fully supported by her husband in their home life.
Sarah has an incredibly deep connection with her kids, husband, soul, nature, and the magic that exists in the world around us. Now Sarah stands for women to end the pattern of taking scraps after everyone in their lives has feasted.
In this episode, Sarah Jenks and I talk about navigating the internalized ways the patriarchy gets us stuck and how women need a sacred feminine practice to understand their life and the world. Through Sarah's transformational work, she teaches us how to reconnect with our relationships with ourselves, our marriage, our motherhood and our nature.

It's safe to say that most of us probably learned somewhere along the way to celebrate everybody but ourselves.
But celebrating our own milestones, our own achievements, our own breakthroughs, is one of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves.
In today's solo episode, I'm sharing with you what I am celebrating myself for right now (it's a BIG DEAL!!) and inviting you to do the same.

How are you fostering self-expression?
We each have unique tools that allow us to produce our own personal signature of contribution; we are born this way. Just like no two children have created the exact same piece of artwork- through our own distinctive lens, the way we see the world is not one and the same.
We have the opportunity to consider that the world is waiting for the gift of our art. Plus, our art can express itself in any way that aligns with our most significant offering. Our businesses are an extension of this art. It's time to align with our universal truths and understand that our hearts are here to serve a purpose.

Founder of Disruptor Elite Group, a multifaceted entrepreneur, and philanthropist, Sarah Fontenot joins for an explosive conversation. Sarah is crazy enough to believe we can indeed be, do, and have, whatever we choose to be, do, and have.
Sarah is just a small-town girl from Regina, Saskatchewan. She always knew, as a young girl, that there was so much more world out there! So much more to see and experience! Sarah is the girl who would speak up for the "little guy," stand against the naysayers, and go after what she wants!
She always saw the potential in others… even as a teenager, she was often the person people would confide in because she would never judge and intentionally spoke into their dream! At the time, Sarah had NO IDEA she would take that on full time as her passion!
Sarah created the Disruptor Elite Group; for people who KNOW they want and DESERVE more, but need direction, tools, strategy, support, motivation, and inspiration. She has learned not only how to succeed, but to THRIVE in even the toughest of times. Sarah has failed more times than she can count, but because of that, we don't have to take the same downfalls she has taken!
In this episode, Sarah speaks about her journey and how she got to where she is now. She dives into how our thought processes and beliefs hold us back and exactly what we need to do to fix it. We talk about how there will always be another COVID, but our businesses can grow despite the challenges we face in the economy. Stay tuned as we speak about ditching the negativity, the importance of a success mindset, and how to find our innermost truth.

If there's one thing I've learned through building a 7-figure business and living the life I've always dreamed of, it's this:
Risk is the only way to get to the opportunities that lie ahead of us.
In this week's episode, it's time to lean in and ask ourselves what it is we TRULY want, and what risks we're willing to take to get there.
